Ann Leonard-Zabel, Ed.D., NCSP provides a review of ethical and legal issues in school neuropsychology. In the webinar she 1) introduces the concept of positive ethics, 2) reviews the major sources of ethical conflicts in school neuropsychology, 3) reviews an eight-step model for ethical decision making and provides case studies to practice the model, and 4) reviews the major laws that regulate school neuropsychology.

Ann Leonard-Zabel, Ed.D., ABSNP, NCSP received her Doctoral Degree in Child and Youth Studies-Special Services and Exceptional Education from Nova Southeastern University, and a Certificate of Advance Graduate Studies in School Psychology from the University of Massachusetts in Boston. She is a professor of psychology at Curry College in Massachusetts. In addition, she owns and operates a private clinic in Plymouth, Massachusetts specializing in School Psychology/School Neuropsychology providing assessments, consultation, and trainings to schools, families, clinics, law firms, and courts both locally, nationally, and internationally. |
