Look over the unassigned U.S. validation sample students (in the Characteristics of Children Needed for the Validation Study) that are still needed for the study.

1. If you identify a possible child that might match the characteristics of a child needed for the study, contact the parent/guardian and read the Recruitment Script. Click here to download a copy of the script to keep with you.
2. If the child meets the criteria for inclusion in the study, email dcmiller@kidsinc.com to be assigned that particular case. Specify in your email your name and mailing address. Indicate if you will need to borrow a TEA-Ch test kit or not. We will mail you a copy of a numbered TEA-Ch test booklet to use in testing.
3. The online data matrix will be updated and you will be assigned the case number of the child that matches the characteristics you have verified.
4. Once the testing is completed,score the TEA-Ch and complete the TEA-CH Summary Test Results Form for Parents and give them a copy.
5. After your testing is completed, please return the TEA-Ch test kit (if you borrowed one), the completed TEA-Ch test booklet, and the completed parental permission slip. Mail the materials to: Dr. Miller at 1156 Point Vista Road • Hickory Creek, TX 75065

To keep the costs down, it would be appreciated if each examiner would commit to testing two children each.
