Many school neuropsychologists have approached us over the years about their desire to have continued contact with their former classmates (if they took the School Neuropsychology Post-Graduate Certification Program) and other school neuropsychology diplomates from around the country. For those of you that took the KIDS, Inc./TWU School Neuropsychology Post-Graduate Certification Program you are familiar with the web-based part of the course called Blackboard™. Unfortunately, soon after the course is over, access to the course Blackboard site is no longer available. In response to these requests, I have created the School Neuropsychology Alumni Connection Blackboard site for graduates of the school neuropsychology post-graduate certification program and other interested school neuropsychology diplomates.
You must hold a current Diplomate in School Neuropsychology from the American Board of School Neuropsychology in order to sign up for this service. There is an annual fee of $100 to subscribe to this School Neuropsychology Alumni Connection Blackboard Site.
The features of the site will include:
- Updated lecture notes from ongoing school neuropsychology classes. For example, when the NEPSY-II came out in the fall of 2007 there was be a new lecture on that topic posted on the site.
- Continued access to the school neuropsychology class lecture notes.
- Group pages set up by graduating class, so you can stay in contact with your former classmates.
- Discussion threads about current issues in school neuropsychology.
- Related website links for school neuropsychologists.
- A folder that contains a repository of interesting case studies sorted by diagnosis and age. This will be especially important for practitioners who would be able to compare their case study results to archival case studies.
- An announcement page that will include upcoming conference information, book releases, etc.

Current users will be sent a renewal notice for there annual fee approximately one month prior to their annual fee due date.
