Nightly Room Rate (paid by participant if lodging is needed): $129.00 single or double $10 more for each additional guest beyond 2 in a room. Rates include a complimentary breakfast buffet and a complimentary evening manager's reception for all registered hotel guests. Hotel taxes are currently an additional 12% of the total nightly charges.

The hotel has a free shuttle to and from the DFW airport.

Hotel Reservations must be made by June 14, 2010 to receive the group discounted rate.
